Sugar cured ham from the South, instead of Canadian bacon. Couple of thick fluffy muffins from the broiler and sharp white cheddar. Drown the whole thing in quick home made Hollandaise!

That is the favorite breakfast of all 3 of my sons. Always requested from them for special breakfasts.

Looks amazing! I like the southern twist! Heck, I still remember the first time I had eggs Benedict. I was 6 years old and my family was on a road trip to California, when we stopped at a fancy hotel in Colorado and my parents ordered it for me the next morning. It's been my favorite breakfast food ever since.
