Well I've never broken a 100 there....I managed a 99, the wheels came off on the back 9.....

I was expecting low 90s.... well its progress a guess.

Noon today. Might have an open spot. WinStar was a disaster yesterday. Over-crowded and poor marshaling. Tee time was 10:42. Starter skipped me over due to an over-booked group in front. Started at 11:00. Gave up after 16 holes at 3:00. There was a group of eight clogging the whole thing but our group got blamed at the turn. Oh well...

Group of 8? That should be illegal, never heard of any group larger than 4.

Golf is a bourgeois sport.

Doesn't have to be a big group to bottle things up. Was behing 3 ine day with our four. That group was 3 plus holes behind. Marshals did nothing. We did get to play through after their cart got dinged on first bounce at about 300 yards. They were just sitting there after putting the clubs in bag and getting in the cart and one guy said screw it, teeded his ball up, went through his routine and nailed one. Right at them.

Group of eight stopped up RedBud Saturday after the starter told them to keep in two groups. I had already been delayed 20 minutes starting because they brought more people than they had tee times reserved for. Should have been handled by the office then the starter but instead they made me wait. At the turn the 8-some had the course behind two holes. The Marshal yelled at us instead of driving ahead and kicking the eight out.



Yesterday a single that was following us four near the end got so tired of being pushed from behind I thought he was going to hit one of the latter group's balls backwards at them.

The reason my score is always low.

Dang ole windy yesterday and will be today. Can't wait...

Started playing age 55. Live in retirement community with 3 golf courses. We drive our own carts on streets. Play 250 +rounds per year last 5 years. Index 17 to 19. Never practice; play to be outside everyday. PXG 4 irons; mizuno woods and hybrids; Titleist driver

Damn, thats a lot of golf......

I'm hoping to get my golf simulator setup by this summer, then maybe just maybe I can play that much golf.

Anyone play today? I walked on at Sherrill Park and got 14 in before it got dark. Felt good to get out there again.

I played Saturday in the horribly cold wind and yesterday on a fairly nice day. Might start playing nine after work this week.

I love the game, and wish I could play more, just don't have the time too.
