How do I turn on the notification sound on the forum I use to have it where when I got a private message it would alert me through email now it doesn't and I can't figure out how to do that , went through phone settings and everything seems to be like it should am I missing something on the forum itself?

Click on your name in the top right corner, click preferences. Make sure, towards the bottom "receive email when you receive PM" be sure "Yes" is ticked.

Checked that out earlier and it's on. All my settings on my phone are on. Have no idea now.

Make sure the emails aren't going into spam. Your phone may not notify you if the email goes to spam.

Checked the spam folder and nothing. Guess it isn't going to work on n this phone idk.
