Scored two marked down packages of lobster tails with two tails each. Poached tails in butter with old bay seasoning, cooked pasta, make sauce from scratch. Chopped poached lobster and added to sauce, then added it to cooked pasta. Wife and daughter took fresh yeast rolls from last night and soaked them in the lobster butter with garlic added. Popped them in the oven and then the danger began, and yes it was great!
