Those look amazing, but I think I should have been more specific.
I've bought an Iron Chef cleaver on a whim and really haven't used anything since. Cleavers are so versatile if you know how to use them. Which took me down the rabbit hole of the "Chinese Chef's Knife". From what I've been reading in all my research is the Chinese use a cleaver for everything, maybe I'm half Chinese or something.
So I'm actually looking for something that is very thin, but strong and BIG. Might have to find some pros online that specialize in these kind of cleavers.
Something like this, but more aesthetically pleasing.
