I had an over the top Pius bible thumper ripped me off on a business deal once so I went to his church, wrote down every license plate in the parking lot, got everyone's name and address and sent them all nice letters with our correspondence along with an explanation of what a POS the man is.
His response was so unhinged that it helped me win in civil court.
I would sue the guy in County Court for the full terms of the contract and then triple that for damages. Make sure you track down assets of his that you can take as payment before you file. I can tell you from first hand experience that there is nothing more satisfying than showing up at a man's house with County constables and a wrecker to tow off his prized 1970 Chevelle 454 and 1970 Trans Am that he foolishly left in his own name My man. I don't even know you, but I am dang proud of you.

I think he's a Wise County guy. Put it out here. What was his stated reason for conveniently being absent when you showed up with the product, and what were his stated reasons for not paying when he was still answering the phone? He'll be easy to find when he is served papers. I am a Wise County guy, never heard of him But if this story checks out, which it appears too... I am well known around here, ill do my best to wreck his reputation locally Procraft, clear some messages. Incoming.

Thanks to y'all's help and the community on here Scott has decided to pay what he owes. This morning we received the funds. While he wasn’t able to answer the phone or call me back for a month before this post. Now after seeing this on here he was very good at calling and texting.
