Some guys can’t handle being “the guy”. Starting to think Sark is just a better coordinator. Nothing wrong with that. Running a big program comes with a lot of criticism.

Ewers may have a bigger arm. I think Card gives you a better chance to win.
Ewers has only started like 5-6 games in 3 years. Skipped his senior year in high school.

It’s called finding lineman to block…28 rushing yards total against ANY defensive front has zero to do with coaching and 100% to do with will to win. It’s that simple.

Same goes on the opposite side when TCU rams the ball down your throat for 6min in 4th. D-line quit, no will to win.

Ese, lot of talk and banter that Worthy may enter the transfer portal in December likely to USC. Guess he's off last season's receiving yards, 200-300 and about 2-3;less touchdowns. Would be a big loss if that were to transpire but him being from Fresno area, guess there is some "smoke" to it and hear Longhorn nation is a bit rattled by the talk and innuendo. Yeah, he almost left last year. I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves. It would suck, because he's the best WR at Texas right now, but to be honest he's not great. His hands, and effort tracking the ball suck. He puts up numbers because he runs great routes, and Sark knows how to use him. Worthy is no Devin Duvernay.

Texas needs to bring in multiple WRs this off season. Savion red seems to me like the next good receiver. But he seems more like a slot guy to me, Duvernay 2.0...... the WR room is not so great right now.. transfer portal is going to be key this off season when it comes to wide receivers
