Sure needed this weekend, love hunting with my kids. My baby girl didn’t have an opportunity this weekend, but I put a buck down. 40 yrs of deer hunting and I got buck fever like a kid. 🤣 The first of many hunting trips this year with the littles. Life is good…..

I was against the tripod, but it works for her right now. She’s too short to shoot from a chair/arms are shorter…..bending/squatting with rifle out of the window she’s moving too much. She can stand in the blind and shoot comfortably/steady with the tripod. I like it and don’t mind toting it around.

My 3 older kids never had the luxury of a Bog Pod. They were struggling to manipulate a rifle too big for them with their dad in their ears. They all made perfect shots on their first deer though. Maybe I’m spoiling my youngest with this tripod. 🤣

Thank you. It was a fun weekend and we’ll be hunting every weekend possible. Can’t wait to see her face when she kills her first deer. That’s all she talks about.

Once again last night she would not go to sleep until she was done helping me with my deer.

I've seen pictures of the baby helping work. I've seen a picture of her with rifle. Looking forward to seeing her with her own animal. Her not connecting yet makes all that much sweeter when it happens. Lucky man you are.

Thank you Sir. That rifle I call "Old Ugly", my 3 oldest kids all killed their first deer and pigs with it. Trying to keep the tradition with this rifle alive with my youngest kid and eventually my Grandson. Grandson is only 2 yrs old but I'm already planning stuff for him Lord willing.
