What would cause this? It doesn't appear blue. He's otherwise healthy. Eating corn everytime he comes out. He was 1 of 3 that came out Saturday afternoon. All similar in build and rack. He even sparred with one the others. We called them the 3 stooges.

I've got a doe that has had her tongue hanging out for 2 years and seems otherwise healthy. I thought maybe she broke her jaw at some point.

It's called Blue Tongue. It's from a bite from a parasite called a midge. Non-contagious to others. If the deer can continue to eat they usually pull through in a couple months.
