Picked up one of those heated Mossy Oak seat cushions back in the middle of summer when Walmart had them on clearance for $15. In addition to being about three inches thick, it has a standard USB battery pack connector that operates the internal heating element. Reviews appear promising. Now if I can just remember to throw it in the truck if the weather ever gets cold enough to use it.

4 new tires on the SXS. Tires used here in Texas & Oklahoma with slime in them don't work in Wyoming when it's below Zero. Slime freezes and mesquite and locus thorns make tires flat in extreme cold weather. frown

Hunted from strong built tripods my whole life. Wanted to add another bow stand instead of a pop up and discovered no one sells strong built anymore.

Bought a game winner 10’ from Academy for $150 bucks and spent 3 hours of my life putting it together. It’s up but from now on will be looking for old strong builts

Probably the same one that I picked up before last season at Academy. I upgraded the mesh seat to a plastic boat seat and swivel base that I got from Academy as well. The bolt holes in the seat pedestal that came with the stand are a perfect match for the swivel base. The two pieces that comprise the stock pedestal made too much noise when turning so I used heavy, self-tapping screws to tie them together to make it a solid post. Then I just bolted the boat seat swivel and seat to the top piece. Quiet as a mouse now.

Remington 700 in 30-06 I purchased at the end of last season. My old Remington 710 broke the ejector spring on my first shot last year, and I couldn't get one anywhere. My cousin eventually made me a spring, but I wanted to move up in quality. The 710 served me very well for almost 20 years, but it was not a commercial success and it was only made for a couple of years.

The seat will be replaced with a boat seat sometime soon, the current one isn't comfortable and will get me thru the first few sits and thats about it.

I wasn't sure how the pedestal design would work but so far its been quiet

I moved to a new spot on our lease that has been productive in previous years ... I sat there opening weekend of MLD but only saw a few deer pass thru, none were interested in corn. I suspect there is still enough fresh browse and acorns it might be similar this weekend unless the buck start pushing ...

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

A game hoist made for a full sized truck, modified to fit my Polaris Ranger. Extended and reinforced receiver piece, shortened mast.

New box of Hornady SST Superperformance, 7MM-08M, 139 gr. and maybe some Tinks spray I picked up for $3.99 a can on clearance recently at Academy, regular $11.99. Also, some electric handwarmers I picked up online recently.

The new Traditions Muzzle Loader I picked up a couple weeks ago. Straight outta the box 4.5" low after 16 clicks up she's dead on. This is my first muzzle loader and I'm excited to see if I can take a deer with it.

And a new set I've named "Esau's Hide". grin

And...I bought that same seat cushion on clearance at Walmart a couple years ago...for 5 bucks. bolt

Moved to a new location on the lease, may not be a better spot but it sure is easier to get to than the last location. Also will be trying some Lil Debbie Cosmic Brownies instead of the usual Swiss Rolls lol
