Something a little different for me. Bought a boneless turkey breast this morning at HEB for the smoker. Salt and pepper. 225 for 3 hours then wrapped with a stick of butter until done. About 5 hours on the pit. Came out tender and juicy, but didn't pick up a ton of smoke.

Looks great. Dense white meat never seems to pick up a ton of smoke flavor. I’ve read that you need to start a couple hours of the smoke with a cold smoke to really help it soak in
