Made homemade Taquitos or rolled tacos as some would call them for Sunday supper. Half of them were spicy chicken and the other half was Carne Adovada. Homemade chips with guacamole and salsa. Those look great. I love the chicken ones, with lots of cheese. Make a big batch of avocado dipping sauce and just keep scooping until you run out of either one!
