Got approved yesterday 148 days I believe. Typical, whatever time table the goverment gives you just double it and you'll be close.

Have you contacted any of your representatives? I emailed both senators and my house rep, don't know it did any good but I let them know the ATF is routinely approving March, April, and even June submittals ahead of those who submitted in January and February. Also called any and everyone I could get a phone number for at the ATF to ask them why this was happening. Of course no one had any idea what I was talking about or any knowledge of why it would be happening. I've heard its to try to keep their average approval time down, but who knows.

I finally called the ATF number. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful other than when my Form 4 would be approved. Found it interesting that the date of my confirmation e-mail for submittal was completely different than the submittal date the ATF lady gave me. Confirmation e-mail that the form was submitted was on January 9th. Submittal date from ATF was Feb 14th that corresponded to my can serial number. Either way I'm significantly passed the 90 day window which she confirmed was their goal with Form 4s, but she was unable to tell me what the current average approval time was. Such a frustrating process.

You have a lot more time and energy than I do. I am just going to wait it out. I did talk to the lady at the ATF a few weeks backs. She was nice and wanted to be helpful but couldnt tell me anything except that I was in the system. So in reality she was no help at all.

Not related to E-Forms, but I have paper and just got off the phone with the ATF about mine.

Tax Stamp Check Cashed 8/5/2021 per Silencer Shop website (ATF stated they got it on 8/6/2021).
She stated their latest update was processing is taking 12 months from their recept. So 8/6/2022 is my target date according to her.

Got my approval email today...not sure the number of days (I think it was sometime in February before all the ATF BS was sorted and I got a real submission), I don't have the expectations some of y'all have.

I was a little shocked of the leo waiting period if you do your 4473 remote versus in person but whatever...I might drive down to Austin this weekend and pick it up versus mailing a bunch of crap

Capitol Armory...great experience and group of folks, I cannot imagine them handling ATF's debacle any better than they have.

Capitol Armory was awesome for my Nomad-L, I found a range that’ll let you shoot while you wait so sadly(not really) switching to them!

CA messed up my stuff pretty astoundingly and lied multiple times to me. But they are responsive via email and I assume they’re doing their best. Be glad when these transactions are over

Approved today. 161 days if you believe the ATF on the date it went in there system or 197 days when I got the confirmation e-mail it was put into the system by my dealer.

Does the transfer dealer play any role in the length of wait time of the efile process? I'm currently at 158 days. My transfer dealer has not had 1 single approval via efile yet...they have over 200 filed since early February. On the other hand, I know some other transfer dealers that have had anywhere from 3-10 come back that were filed in march/april. Just curious if there's anything that points to certain transfer dealers getting quicker service in the approval process?
