Got chastised and taken to task on another forum for not posting only WILD GAME, so here it is. Since the two women in my life don't eat it, I post what WE eat and everybody likes. When they are gone, I get to eat anything I want tho.

Sliced and marinated a WT tenderloin in teriyaki marinade for 24 hours, flash fried to rare, added broccoli florets for three minutes, and finished with a sweet chili and soy glaze, and sesame seeds. Jasmine rice topped it off. The left over meat will make an awesome Oriental Banh Mi sandwich tomorrow!!
