The Bavarian Grill in Plano.
But they call it Jager Schnitzel.
And serve with brown gravy with mushrooms.
Some may disqualify it for these things but the steak itself is outstanding. schnitzel is a breaded fried pork steak............the jaeger part is the gravy with mushrooms - I love it, but it ain't CFS I will cede to your technicality but still choose it over what 90% of restaurants serve. It should be made with veil not pork if it's authentic. yep

City Hall restaurant on 1791 outside of Huntsville has a great CFS. I have not tried the in-town restaurant.
