OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,565 Nampa, SW Idaho	Got out frozen pork tenderloins and a beef eye of round today. Got distracted and totally lost track of time, and it was five o'clock before I knew it, and neither one was thawed out all the way. Insta-Pot to the rescue! Plenty of spuds, carrots and celery to add, and the roast I steaked out and cubed up. Forty minutes to get to fall-apart tender. Came out delicious with fresh baked bread. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
