Couple pounds of prime boneless loin steaks in the insta-pot with red wine, mushrooms, garlic and onion, heavy cream, and parsley. Fall apart fork-tender with rice and salad. The gravy was the best, and I'm saving that for another night!!! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
