River is low, there’s a chill in the morning air and it is not very crowded around here. Frio Music Fest is at the House Pasture. Roger Creagar Thursday and Randy Roger’s tonight. We saw Josh Abbott last night and be pretty good. Band included keyboard, fiddle and a banjo. All in all they were pretty tight. It got below 50 later in the evening and I couldn’t help but wonder how some of the young talent stayed warm with short shorts on. Plan to be out to Frio in June but hope we get rain.
Last time we saw Josh Abbott out there, his voice was so bad that one of the earlier acts (MIke Ryan) had to join him to finish the set. Glad to know his voice is back and they had some good acts this weekend.

My brother was there Hudbone. He enjoyed Josh Abbott and Randy Rogers. Parked there pickup early in the day and watched from the tailgate.
