It’s right off of I-35 at Bruceville-eddy. We ate there yesterday for the second time. Pretty good food. The Chicken fried steak was good. Had burgers the first time, and they were good.
So, if you are on I-35 and hungry and don’t want a chain food burger, this place is worth a visit.

603 you were in my town. The food is usually good there. If you are ever back in town between 11-1 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the (Senior Center) almost behind the Eagles landing serves lunch 3 days a week.
You get your meal plus desert and a drink for 7 dollars no tax. The menu is limited usually 2 choices. The chicken fried steak is good and on Fridays the fish is always good. You do not have to be a senior to eat there.

Espy, sounds like I need to try out the senior center food. I am, for sure, a senior citizen. Thanks for the info.

Next door to Eagles landing is Kissing Tree Vineyards. I am not much of a wine guy but they do a lot of business,
