Looks good. It’s one of those labors of love to me, I really enjoy getting together with my folks and my brother and making some sausage. Gotta teach the kiddos the way so they can do the same.

We made about 250 lbs of fresh and dried Saturday at my cousin's place. We at one of our fresh last night for dinner and it was very good. We all love garlic so mine gets a pretty healthy dose of both fresh garlic as well as some powder added to. lol My cousin even made 25 lbs of boudin. Damn it turned out very good to!
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
