I saw a gentleman posted a question about what a firearm was worth on a forum. Six answers said $750. It was listed an hour later for $1000. People want to start high, and tend to stay there!!! I saw a gentleman posted a question about what a firearm was worth on a forum. Six answers said $750. It was listed an hour later for $1000. People want to start high, and tend to stay there!!! He’d get $1000+ all day long if he’d list on gunbroker. People are cheap on this forum. Judd, Judd, look at that^^!!! THF the cheapest folks on the internet, I’ve said it for years They don’t want to pay anything for your stuff and want premium for theirs. There are exceptions but that’s the biggest truth ever spoken here. So true. I had my Beretta AL2 posted for months on here. Beautiful gun in great condition and I had good pics of it. Asked $475 and would've taken $450. I got offers at $300-$350 and one guy finally came up to $400. I sent it to Ammo Depot in Caddo Mills to sell on consignment. They listed at $600 and it sold in 2 days and whoever bought it also paid $50 sales tax on top of that. I have since figured out that THF is mostly for buying and not for selling - bunch of cheap rednecks on here.

Supply and demand. Also some of the older guns are better made than the new ones and thus they demand a higher price.
I have been selling some things that I have had a long time and no longer have a need for. Don't have anyone to leave them to, so might as well sell while prices are high.
Why sell for less, this ain't Walmart.

Why sell for less, this ain't Walmart. Exactly! Some on this forum think you should sell for less...well, just because! Screw that nonsense.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

It’s been a sellers market for some time and not just on guns so stop shopping if your looking for bargains. Concerning some of the “Buyers” on here the words cheap bastids come to mind and most want to get the deal of the year on your stuff but they generally expect top dollar for whatever their selling. It is what it is and everyone has a budget to work with but some people leave me shaking my head
