Anyone know what type of video out cable to get for this new D750W "elite"? Ads and typical "brief" Bering instruction manual confirm it has video out capability but nowhere is it mentioned what cable connector to get for it. It appears to have a key, 3 pins, and 3 ball detents in the side housing. I'm sure I've ran across that connector before but I've hit my head a few times and cannot remember where. If you know I'd appreciate a heads up. Thanks in advance

D - That’s the nitrogen gas valve you’re looking at . I’m up to speed with you on the literature : The referenced photo/video equipment adaptable (feature) correlates to using a digital camera (not wired video out) mechanically affixed to the rear diopter ring (removal of the eye guard cup). There are many difficulties with adapting devices behind these scopes eye pieces due to the size of the rear ring. This is why you’ll find less than a handful of user videos on YouTube not to mention that the color and detail is usually severely skewed from actual image quality due to lens adaptations , spacing, and resolution limitations of recorders. I’m currently working on a project to record through a D-750 white phosphorus myself - results have been slow and hard to attain….

The first attempt at recording using a camcorder, ergonomics were a FAIL. The auto focus had a hard time staying true to scope focus (center of screen) and the resulting footage was color shifted to green instead of white phosphorous (blue tint). Current attempts are underway , the camera system is lower res (720p) however the adapter is more solid and the color seems to be true(er) to reality. If the weather cooperates I should have some thermal / gen3 side by side footage soon ……

[facepalm] ROFL D - I recommend starting with the hard liquor , you’ll use water, soda, or ice to cut it with but eventually you’ll just take it straight from the bottle like me when endeavoring in these “projects”…

LOL, I gave up my semi-pro drinking license a while back. We need to get together and party. Not with the booze but because we seem to have a knack of landing on the same project types almost like clockwork. We can call it the Manhattan Projects. On your end for the drink and on my end because something is always going to blow up in my face and be a bigger issue than the formula showed on paper
