Looks great. We do the same and makes for great stock and used for the juice in a brown gravy is very good.
Cooked up a batch yesterday. all 4 boned out legs top to shank including shoulder blades in roaster pan in the oven with the veggies and favorite seasonings for it for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Couple Shiners in there as well for good measure.

Smelled good in the house, wife said "Dang that has the house smelling great" so guess it didn't stink. Had the whole house smelling good Garlic, onions, carrots, poblano peppers chopped, couple beers and https://www.pureandnaturalspices.com/product_p/sku2114.htm was all that was in ours.

That does sound like it would smell good. Do you dry roast them first then add to pot with water/beer and veggies to simmer? Do you break the bones so the marrow is in the broth?

Use most of my bones for various stocks.

Sometimes split the bones this last batch did not do that. You get lots of collagen from the joints. Will take a pic of the cooled broth when I use it later today in a pot pie. It jells almost like jelly when cooled. I have not tried dry roasting prior to adding water. Thinking about the next round putting it in the smoker to make it.

I also roast the bones in the oven under the broiler. Meat eater Steve rinnella had a good recipe for bone broth I followed. I try to utilize bones off one deer a year. As mentioned, the joints are best because of the collagen/cartilidge.
One thing I do that Steve mentioned is to add the quartered onion to include the brown onion peel. The peel helps give it the color. After straining it and cooling it, I cup the broth into quart freezer bags. They stack great that way in the freezer and it’s my go to for a pot of cowboy beans, navy beans or soup.
