Well……..I put this request in months ago to Santa (aka…myself - no the wife doesn’t deserve or get any credit for this ) as I knew it could be a potential long delay in making it over to the states given our current environment. I first looked at March 2 years ago at the last Shot Show right before COVID when I was trying to find a low powered scope fro my 375 H&H. I knew very little about the brand and the fact that they got relegated to the basement floor of the convention maybe gave me a inaccurate sense that they were an “up and coming brand” but hadn’t “made it” if you will to the big leagues. I guess marketing and advertisement does make a difference as far as initial impression go but I couldn’t have been more inaccurate in my assumptions. I chose a different brand for the 375 but after placing an order for a 6.5 PRC, I was on the hunt again for a lighter weight alpha glass or close to it, reliable scope. I have a NF NX8 on my 28 Nosler, it’s not alpha glass but it’s indestructible and I really like it. The two main knocks on it are a very tight eye box and the glass clarity is……okay but nothing like their ATACR series or other German competitors. Having said that, I was still considering the NX8 but was hoping to find something else that was not any heavier than the NX8 but maybe better. I like magnification and I will “ MAGNIFY BEYOND MY MEANS” every single time. Leupold has a couple scopes that sneak in under the weight of the NF, but IMO, there are better options out there. Simply not a Leupold fan. Vortex…..uh, I need reliability, no thanks. I came across a great review in Snipers Hide where one of the highly esteemed optics members ran it against a Tanget Theta. Obviously the TT came out on top, but each category they tested was way closer than he or anyone else would have ever expected. It even won a few categories. With that, I decided to take the plunge. Sure, the price penalty is quite a bit more than the NF, but I wanted to try something different. Out of the box the differences are noticeable compared to the NF. Even free hand I can find the sweet spot at full magnification. The edge to edge clairty is noticeable as well. Turret clicks feel crisp and distinct. Not a real difference from the NF but still welcoming. I give up about 4x magnification action on the top end but gain 2mm of objective diameter all at a slight weight loss compared to the NF. I think I am going to be a happy camper. Just got to keep on waiting for the rifle to show up…………………………

You'll be happy...benchrest and fclass guys have used them for years because of the weight savings. Good scopes from my experience.

I love my Delta Stryker 4.5-30. I think that zoom range is darn near perfect
