Toady (Brighter Days) ran in her first major circuit derby today in Arkansas and got her first win. Best was an almost flawless ground race, Virgil said her scout never left the gallery. That is a great win Chet! Fine looking specimen too. Keep us posted on where she's competing and how it goes. Bobby she will run at the Westfall Ranch in the Sunflower the 18th, and I'll be there to watch her go. Best part of Ark and the Sunflower is Purina points for Derby of the year. Her win came in a 20 dog derby so she earned 100pts. As derbies get qualified the entries get smaller sometimes so winning in a 20 dog stake early is great. She's a keeper. Changed her registered name shortly before trial and couldn't get the info to Virgil before she ran and placed. She's "Brighter Days" for sure.
