Just got my Super Yoter from Outdoor Legacy!

Is there any reviews or videos specifically on how to setup the stradiametric rangefinder? I’m able to follow the instructions to get to the settings but don’t know what values for height and distances for each target type. What y’all put in for each target type?

Thanks

You gotta jump over to ar15 com or predator masters forum and hit Korey Kirschman up with how to use it.

As I understand it he worked with Bering to develop the feature.

I haven’t figured it out myself , I prefer LRF (click the button read the range) which isn’t an option with the Bering products

Goodluck

ags, Pig_Popper's suggestion is really good. Or, contact Outdoor Legacy and have them help you run through it.

Thanks for the purchase Ags! Feel free to give us a call this week and Hans or I will be glad to help answer any questions we can.

I'll be 100% honest with you, I've tried stadiametric range finders in optics from Trijicon, Pulsar, and the rest and I've yet to find one that I feel is even remotely and consistently half way accurate. As an example I was ranging a hog in my pasture standing beside a steel gong at 250 yards and the stadiametric rangefinder said 160 yards. There is a lot of error opportunity and inconsistencies on the user's part (me!) and that makes it even more difficult. My feeling on them in general is, you don't need them for sub 200 yard shooting and the further out you go the more inaccurate and unreliable they become and the further out you go, the less margin of error you're allowed on your shot.

In fairness I only messed with the Yoter's range finder for a little bit and it might be a lot better and I just didn't figure it out all correctly, that's a real possibility. It does seem to have some advantages over the other's from what I was told.

Feel free to give us a call and we can at least scratch our heads together.lol I think Hans is still using a Super Yoter right so and I can check with him and see.
