Oven roasted pork tenderloin seasoned with Spiceology's Rosemary Dijon seasoning, served with grilled cauliflower and stewed kale. For the kale I made a homemade broth from ham hocks, bacon, onions and other various seasonings.

The wife buys a pre-seasoned bacon wrapped pork loin from Sams and it is Dayum good. 40 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees and you are food to go. I had one in the freeze and your post inspired me to get after it last night.
