My mom bought me a whole ribeye for my birthday. Naturally, I removed the cap for later use and dry aged the rest. I dry aged it in cheesecloth for 14 days before cutting some steaks tonight to try.

That looks fantastic food
Only way it could have been better IMO is to have cooked the steak just a little bit less, although I would graciously pig out on that with Zero hesitation up

OMG! You guys are killin' me with these food posts! I'm fighting not to lick the screen!

Perhaps, just like an old ladies church group, there needs be a THF illustrated cookbook put together. Blank could be editor in chief. The forum could sell these, with all proceeds going to buying primers or .22LR that are made available to the membership!
