My best friend is very similar. The whole process of researching, hunting for the gun, buying, waiting for it is the thrill. He’s researching the best ammo for it.. etc. Once he has everything, it gets finger banged or weeks. I have to hear about how great it is. I ask him how does he know because he hasn’t shot it. 9 time out of 10, it never gets shot and he’s on to the next one.

Buzz just needs to stop trying to be monogamous with his incoming rifles by selling ones he lusted after only months prior. You new rifle isn’t a woman, it’s a gun. It doesn’t have feelings and you don’t need to be faithful to it.

The issue here isn't the rifle acting like a woman.
