'Feed store by my house was cheaper than HEB, and they load it for you. Still, ~9.50 a bag. Outrageous.

I guess the contracts stayed high and aren’t letting prices go down as expected, or fuel costs overpowered any drops experienced at the wholesale level.

I’m not sure if Bucees is changing prices back and forth but I’m seeing some different prices than were reported recently.
Today at Terrell and Denton both the same 8.99 they’ve been for a good while that I have seen.
Also ice was reported at 1.49 at a Bucees but both these locations the same .99 they have been.

Teskeys in Weatherford has a big sign out front advertising corn at $8.50 per bag. I haven't been in there yet to check it out though so not sure on quality or what size bag

I bought corn at Brookshire's in Hallsville on Tuesday for $9.49, but it is still pay for 9 bags and the 10th bag is free. So for 10 bags is came out to $8.54. Feed store up the road was over $11.

Stopped and bought some protein and a little corn this past weekend in Jacksboro, they mentioned corn prices might be near $15.00/50 lbs this summer. Thinking of buying a conex and stocking up.

Go look at corn futures. Means elevator price would have to double.

I called all around Texarkana to all feed stores etc, the lowest price was Brookshire's at 9.49 per 50lb, but buy 9 get one free brings it down to 8:49.
Tractor supply was 12.99 and Atwood's was 10.00. All the feed stores were 10.00

TSC here has 40# bags for 8.99 but 5% off if you buy 20. It's all crazy and probably going higher sooner than later.

That equals $10.78 per 50lb. And I agree, its going to go higher. My deer are going on a starvation diet for the next few months.
