Water bib would be nice or have one just outside the cooler.

Huh?
I'm guessing if it stunk then a pee trap was not installed on the drain.

It is a drain in the floor of the barn, slab floor. How does one put a pee trap in a floor drain ?

How many animals do you want to hang?

I want a rail system in ours so I can have more hooks and move them around. I would like to be able to hang at least 8-9 carcasses. You can't see it but there is lots of unused space to the left and the right of these animals.

My Uncle and his brother did this with a small conex and 2 window units
