I've had great luck with my Frogg Toggs over the past two seasons. They are breathable and booted, but also have those removable insulators which are nice for that stretch of the season where hunting in boardshorts gets a little too chilly but the sun comes up and we're sweating again. They've been through their fair share of getting thrown around, rolled up, wadded up, stepped on, and pushing through mangroves with no issues. I can't remember exactly how much I paid but they were from the academy so I'm guessing around 300, and I'm happy with the investment that didn't quite break the bank.

Side note: my buddy's Patagonia waders flew out of the boat a couple of weekends ago and were run over on the highway a few times before we could get back to them and are still in great shape with no leaks.

I just baby the academy ones. They last one or two seasons. One of these days I will spring for a more expense pair for duck hunting. Now for trout fishing, I'll go with a much more expensive pair. I like the booted ones for ducks and the stocking foot for fishing.

No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

I also wasn't a fan of Drake's Eqwader Breathable. Material felt really cheap.

I have a pair of the Rogers Elite Insulated Breathable 2 in 1 on the way. Should be here this week and I can let you know my impression.

Curious if your waders came in and how you like them?

Really happy with the fit and feel. Boots are great. So far I'm happy.

Glad to know. Just ordered a pair and have accepted I'm now in the Huskey Division weight class. About passed out trying to get in my neoprene non-husky waders Wednesday.

Pretty pumped. Ordered my waders Saturday and they are here. Just tried on and the fit feels good.

Real excited to hunt in breathable waders for the first time. Hope they hold up.

The "nice thing" about Academy is they have a no questions asked return/exchange program. I hunted out of a pair for three seasons before I sprung a leak and returned them for another pair.

Anyone have any experience with High-N-Dry waders? They look like they could go through a WAR. 4 ply and all.

Zero experience with them but their giant Logo is enough for a No-go from me
