My company requires it if you want to certify your vaccination status (allowed you to be onsite without a mask before this delta ramp-up).

We are required to report our status and have three options:
1) yes (must show proof)
2) no
3) decline to answer

Is #3 treated the same as #2
Will they and /or have they actually fired anyone for either of those two answers?

My work asked for status, is deactivating badges to disallow access if you answer no or prefer not to answer. Interesting world we live in

Recently at a concert I was asked for proof of vaccine or a negative test within 48-hours prior to the event. I knew this going into it so I was tested. I expect I would have been denied entrance without meeting their requirement (the venue or promoter, not the band). They did not make a copy. All they looked for was the word negative. They are supposed to check ID but did not. Most everybody I was with was vaccinated. All the same for them. I could have made my negative test result printout at home.

I've also had to have a negative test every time I've traveled internationally... ironic given I could walk across the Mexico border illegally and be accepted (even testing positive)! But my own country will deny me entrance if positive. [censored] [censored].

When I went to NYC I was asked to show my vaccine card at a couple of restaurants. One seemed pretty serious by also checking our ID and one was just going through the motions.

Those are the only times I’ve been asked about it.

No, but I have been asked once to provide a negative test.
Which I did because it was my daughter's wedding.

I've been asked at a few customer sites before visiting for vax card or recent negative test.

I have a pic of my vax card on my phone. So far that has worked fine.

Don't think I would have been denied service but they are taking precautions very seriously.

If it had been a restaurant or bar I might have just left on principle. But we had driven for an hour that morning to get there, and the wife was looking forward to a soak. We both have had our vaccines from early on because she's immunocompromised.

I have gone into several stores that had signs stating vaccinated customers can shop without a mask. I just decided that I identified as a vaccinated person and went on about my shopping. I've never seen those places actually check anyone.

Our work policy. Sept 24th is the last day to "voluntarily" get the first dose. Hopefully on Sept 27 or soon thereafter, they will make it a condition of employment.

Employees who are not fully vaccinated (including those with medical or religious exemptions)

o Must wear a mask indoors at all times unless in a private room or private office and alone.

o May have no unmasked interactions with other employees, including in the cafeteria or breakrooms. Food services is opening the seating area in the cafeteria at night to allow additional space for unvaccinated employees to eat socially distanced.

o Will be subject to periodic Covid-19 testing.

Nope. Our company believes in individual freedom.

Yes, to watch my son play high school football last weekend, it was either that or negative test. It was a New Orleans school hosting though.
