I tried to drink it several times, just couldn't get past the first drink.

I can't just drink it, but love it for cooking. It will go bad before I ever use it up. I just make my own with either lemon juice or vinegar when I need it to cook with. Much easier!!

I had a supervisor many years ago when I worked at General Dynamics who would only drink it when he had a hangover. We always knew when we came in on Saturday mornings if he had tied one on the night before by whether he was drinking coffee or buttermilk.
