2. Possibly failing field sobriety tests
3. The eye test (common terminology)
4. Possible alcohol in car.
5. Blowing 0 by not blowing correctly. Common drunk strategy.

the other side. The one thing that should be considered is officers experience. Based on the badge number, I give her less than 2 years on the street. I would guess only months in the DWI unit.

She could of been taking or hooked on one of hundreds of drugs or even snorting something but who knows.I really don't care but I still say west screwed himself by opening his mouth before the facts and bad mouthing the police,especially a black officer that arrested his wife.

The officer did a field test, which the officer believed she failed
Surely the officer did the eye test, which she failed.
Officer said she found lemonade and vodka in car.
Officer said she blew 0. But blew incorrectly.
