Lost my vote with all this.

I don't agree and I will say this,if the news had said she was arrested for possible DWI then I doubt much would of been said about it.The problem is west had to open his lips and start slamming the police but he should of kept his mouth shut until he had some facts.Comments degrading the police officers was a big downfall as far as i'm concerned.No,I don't think I can vote for a man like him.

There is no difference , surprised folks still think there is.

If we have learned anything , it should be that we get played by both sides . Could it be that this gives west "street cred" as being the targeted "black" underdog. This case is so cut and dry that there is no reason to play it out in the media unless for some other agenda.
Like some one posted on the TFF ( I know, i was feeling dirty so I stopped by ,hehe).
receipts from changs, camera footage of stop , blood test and body cam would tell us all we need to know.

Now all we have is a back and forth attention grabbing targeting of a "black" woman and "black" man that will go on for a couple weeks . Any publicity is good publicity.

If what he is saying is true, I would be pissed too.

I've seen videos like this situation on YouTube where they arrest innocent people for d u i, because they took some kind of course that make them some kind of expert in DUI.

I also just find out she is in the political arena as well. I believe her last or current run was something for the city of Garland , which we all know needs new leadership. She could have been targeted also for just not towing the black line.

I also bet Dallas county ends up dropping the case in order to not deal with It, even if the evidence is there, and people that don’t know any better will automatically think the police were wrong.

If the evidence substantial, I think they carry through.

I hope so. Can’t stand when DAs drop good charges for political reasons.

DA should have to be LEO’s before they can be a DA, IMO.

Check this out. I dont know if she was drinking or not..... but she did blow 0 and if her blood work comes back negative......... this could be the case.

most of those shows are just that, hit piece shows for stay at home moms.

I say release the video.

Also, professional drunks can be very secretive with drinking.

This won’t end even if there is something in her blood. It was planted or the labs fault, etc etc.

I’m in church so have not watched the video, but just want to make sure you understand that DWI in Texas is not just for alcohol, which is all the breath test reads. I have arrested DWIs that blew zero. That ruled out alcohol. Never lost one after blood came back. I’ve done DWI meth (didn’t bother with breath on this one, It was obviously not alcohol), dwi k2, and many many dwi pills such as Xanax.

I agree, targeted is a stretch but imo still possible. I also believe in this day and age a black female (senior at that) in a nice vehicle , and nice neighborhood is not going to be pulled over for not using a signal to switch lanes. Something smells and its not me because I took my weekly shower on Friday.

Reason I keep saying this Is It seems people are very stuck on zero breath readings. And I’ve talked to many people that had the misconception that dwi was strictly for alcohol.

You all realize that this could simply be an adverse reaction to prescribed medication.
