OP Double AC Tracker D Joined: Jun 2021 Posts: 800 Young/Jack County	Gotta make room for the 2021 Red Deer and Whitetail so I'm tackling the freezer. Whole (5lb or so) Red Deer Bottom Round sous vide at 128 for 4 hours then seared a min a side. Made a weeks worth of sandwiches. Attached Files

I’ll take red deer tenderloins and back straps over whitetail but whitetail round over red deer. Red deer round can get tough on you real fast. Lucky they are free range where we are on the population has been increasing since the 90s
