Dallas County is ignoring the Texas Supreme Court I went into a Dallas County Walmart yesterday and they had their signs up saying you had to wear a mask. I laughed and walked in knowing I had Abbotts order on my side. Nobody said a word to me either. Went into the same Walmart today and those signs had been removed so I figured Abbott won the legal battle.

Dallas County is ignoring the Texas Supreme Court I went into a Dallas County Walmart yesterday and they had their signs up saying you had to wear a mask. I laughed and walked in knowing I had Abbotts order on my side. Nobody said a word to me either. Went into the same Walmart today and those signs had been removed so I figured Abbott won the legal battle. A private company (non gov) can still make whatever rule they want regarding masks

Well Clay just released this statement “The Texas Supreme Court did not strike down my face mask order. Rather they removed the stay on the GA 38. Unless I receive a ruling requiring otherwise, I will amend my order to remove the possibility of fines on non-compliant business but otherwise leave the order in effect.”
So the games will continue!
