Sportsman,
split groups like that often can be tightened up with a change in seating depth. Try loading different batches and start with some about .005 off the lands, and then shorten the seating depth 0.010 between each group of 5. (I like 5 shot groups just to make sure it was not a pulled shot). Write on the length on the outside of the loaded case, just in case you drop them or mix them up, (BTDT) and keep good notes.

If that does not produce results, try a 175 gr. bullet with some Varget.

I have started that kinda. I went longer first and got worse groups. So I might go shorter and see if that tightenes them up some.
