When he used the Teflon skillet I almost lost it laughing. But I did enjoy the video, reminded me of some of my travels 60 plus years ago.

As to ruining the meat, this is Turkey, no telling how long the meat was hanging without refrigeration. Animal diseases are also can be problem with meat. When we lived in Europe, meat was to be fully cooked, no such thing as rare. The exception was meat from the base commissary.
