Looks like a great meal.
I was married to one that burned a couple boilers trying to make Kraft Mac and cheese. Now I have one that cooks better than I do even though I do most of the cooking

That looks great, and I'd say ya done good!! My missus is really good at the things she likes, but not to willing to try new stuff. She leaves that for me!! Then, like the old Roman emperors, she gives a thumbs up, or a thumbs down!!
