Awesome. I have a 89 Toyota truck and Tundras 01 and 06. I love those old 4Runners and have to talk myself out of trying to buy one. I just dont need it at all.
There is one around town like yours and only has about 70k miles on it. I WOULD buy that one if he would sell.

awesome
I had a 87 that I used for 5 years and then bought a 95 about 5 years ago

They make great hunting rigs

I pulled the top off the 87 and put in an elevated hunting seat setup

I kind of miss the 87 as it was quieter, burned less gas, lighter, floated on top of the sand at our place better even with smaller tires
Those 4 cylinder engines were bullet proof.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

It won't go a few places a SxS will but when it's freezing rain or 110 degrees outside, it will be much, much better!
Manual V6 4x4 for the win!

I’ve had six 4Runners including the 2016 I’m driving now. However, my favorite was the 1985 I drove for 17 years, 170,000 miles and countless deer hunts/vacations over those 17 years. My hunting friend still cusses me out for selling that truck.

That pic at the feeder makes me miss my old 1985 4Runner. I could not count the number of times we filled our feeders with that truck over 17 years....
