That pic is over a mile from the creek that’s flooded, I took a boat to check on things last week and the current got to strong so I gave up. It runs into the Red so I bet their are some big gator gar swimming around my feeders lol. I may start offering guided Gar Trips out of box blinds You would probably have some takers on that.

I have found that it's now best to hog hunt while wearing snorkling equipment on my place in Houston County!! These guys will come to the feeder no matter what the circumstances! This is the second time I have caught this small bobcat laying at this feeder waiting for an easy meal to come along! :cherrs: of the hog swimming... Some people would be surprised just how good the can, (hogpaddle)... The 1,100 acre lease twas on 500 on S side road 600 on N side.. The S side flooded.. Hogs were on both sides. OSBWMA flooded @ least once a year... New the high ground, seenplenty hogs swim ta safety... TexasOutdoorsman, on thread.. Gotta get out & check few cams... Social distancing from MN.

Good positioning on the game cam location @Ringtail or it would have been under too. I've seen them swim across the Brazos River with a stiff current to get away from dogs.
One shot is all it should take.

Actually I wasn't as lucky on the feeder and camera I have on the opposite side of the blind that watches the above feeder. But I just dumped out sour corn and sprouts and cleaned up at the barn, replaced timer, battery and $28 dollar Walmart camera!

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
