Picked up two boxes at Academy today, sales counter guy said Swedish company, good quality ammo that shoot similarly to Core-Lokt or Winchester Super X. True or Not???

I tried a bunch of "match" ammo when I first got my tacticool 308 and Norma was one of them. I thought they shot excellently.

I would expect it to be better than Winchester, Remington, Hornady... if for no other reason better brass.

I tried the Norma 140-grain, 6.5 Creedmoor ammo earlier today and found it to perform practically equal to Hornady 143-grain, ELD-X ammo at 100 yards. At just $24.99 a box, I intend to buy another box the next time I find it on the shelf at my local Academy.
As someone mentioned earlier, high-quality brass too.

I’d rock Norma ammo, lots of it available as well right now.

It's the first and only ammo I've seen that has a locking tab for each cartridge on the plastic case that holds each group of ten. (I'm very tempted to call it a "clip" but I digress.) While I find these tabs somewhat of a pain when removing a cartridge, it does say something about the manufacturer going the extra mile to demonstrate quality.

I killed a 130 lb boar with 300 win mag Norma white tail last night Bullet traveled 13” across on a quartered away shot The 150 grain bullet was ate up pretty good but the mushroom of death was intact and I will get a recovered weight soon I’m impressed with the accuracy (sub MOA) and results ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/05/full-57353-295715-cd3e6156_b893_4f5a_9aca_f6358fb67152.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/05/full-57353-295716-5c5c12a2_dbc1_46d5_abad_d2e9094b63ad.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/05/full-57353-295717-854281e6_6414_4986_afd6_e9db3604aaf3.jpeg)
