We have 2 spots available for year round hunting on 5500 acres. Whitetail and Mule deer. Varmits etc...Family and guests are allowed but only one trophy buck per hunter. Great campsite but no electricity, you have to run a generator. Year round access and MLD. Gun season is Oct. thru end of Feb. 5 hunters total hunting the pasture.
No tire kickers, serious inquiries only. $5000 a year per hunter.

Decent country but good lord it is dry out there right now. Finding a 140” WT will be a tall order next season. There may be some but few and far between.

Maybe that’s true where you hunt...we are way above decent where we are and that’s not a tall order any season on our pasture...what is it about my instructions not to comment on this thread that you don’t understand?

I drilled some wells around post and Jayton and loved that part of the state. If it wasn’t 8hrs from Houston It would be hard not to pass up a chance to lease a place like that. That seems like a square deal! Best of luck filling your spots.

That’s a heck of a deer, do you guys have many deer like that out thr? If so 5K is cheap IMO, I’d gladly pay that for a guided hunt to whack his big butt..
