Wife brought home a loaf of white bread, and we had some of the flat with some HEB potato salad. Sliced brisket, sliced onion, wrapped in white bread heel. No sauce or other seasoning required. It was well worth the time and effort.

That looks great! I have one in the fridge that is going on tonight for a mothers day meal tomorrow. My cook process is pretty similar.
