Enjoy your place sir
Nothing like having your own piece of land!
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Congrats on the land. A buddy bought 20 acres that backs up to corps land and they are loaded with all types of wildlife. Their 20 acres are better than most 200-300 acres places. Keep the faith and keep making memories.

Best investment I’ve ever made. I bought 133 acres of junk land about 40 years ago in Montague County for $415 per acre. Paid it off a long time ago. Now worth, according to a local realtor, $4,500 today $5,000 per acre. The only thing the wife didn’t get in the divorce 30 years ago.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.
Boy, if I say "sic em", you'd better look for something to bite. Sam Shelley, Rancher Muleshoe Texas 1892-1985 RIP
