Don’t want to step on Guy’s UFO thread, but curious if you guys believe in them?

I haven’t seen one yet. My wife and daughter swear they saw a little boy in the glass of a window when they spent the night in the haunted hotel in Jefferson. They had a girls trip there when my daughter was probably 3. Story I was told was my daughter said, “Mom, who’s that boy” and pointed to the window. They still swear by it.

Then I have some friends that just moved to an old home in Tom Bean and they all swear it’s haunted. They have video of “orbs” floating around and have talked about having some people who specialize in that stuff from Sherman come out and try and call the spooks out. To me the video looked like lint floating around, but I’m no ghost-buster

The house I grew up in was haunted. No doubt. I would see tiny orbs floating through the air that would drift and fall, I would watch them as they landed on my pants and seemed to wiggle into the fabric. I thought this was normal as it had occurred my entire life. My mom would wake up screaming about "cat heads floating in the air" and the house would smell odd sometimes. When I was an adult brother told me about waking up one night and seeing a little girl sitting on the foot of his bed. My mom also told me she saw dark figures walking through the house.

Haints. They are real. They are restless ghost. They are said to be spirits who have not left this world and haunt certain places. Some are sinister. Some are not. They can be stopped with the color blue. My fingers are tired.

Had a buddy who lived in a haunted house in Kerens.
They would hear footsteps on the stairs, broken glass where there was none. All kinds of stuff.
There was a young girls grave on the property.

Never once had anything ghost like happen to me.

After my Dad passed you could hear foot steps in the house at night.

You would think with cams everywhere today no image could go unseen. Oh well nobody has ever captured a Big Foot sighting either.

Yes, absolutely believe in haunting and ghosts.

I’ve seen two myself and heard one. . One that manifested itself into a black cloud that covered up a light as it passed, the other was a figure of a man found with infrared technology that flowed blue and green instead of yellow, orange and red. The other was a door slamming when no one was in the house.

My photographer has a entire collection of ghosts he has caught on film while shooting interior house pictures.

I don’t know what they are, but what is commonly know as “ghosts”, do exist.

Yes... The house that we've lived in for the past 21 years, myself my wife and two sons have all had encounters with what seems to be a child spirit. The encounters started shortly after moving in.
The first encounter happened to my wife and I while we were watching TV, our wedding picture that was standing on the fireplace mantel went flying off the mantel about 4 feet from the fireplace.
When my oldest son was around 2 he was playing in the living room when all of a sudden ALL of his battery operated music toys that were located in his bedroom started playing at once. None were voice activated they all had to be pressed to work.
Another encounter involved our new born sons baby swing that rocks and plays music. When I got home one day from work the wife informed me that Breden's swing started swinging when he was sitting in it while napping. This swing was powered by 4 D size batteries so I removed and tested there voltage. All 4 were reading under one volt so I told the wife that I'll get some replacements on my way home from work tomorrow. That same evening while the wife and I were sitting on the couch watching TV all of a sudden the swing started swinging and playing music. The wife said "I thought you took the batteries out" I told her I did and showed her the bad batteries that were sitting on the countertop. I removed the battery door on the swing showing her that there were no batteries installed.
We've all seen dark shadows moving from room to room. Our dog will come to full alert from time to time looking what seems to be nothing all of a sudden his fur raised on his back and neck and he growling.

There is a spirit world no doubt.

As a Christian, there is no doubt in my mind.

Reckon I’ve just been unlucky...been many places and seen many things over many years but never anything that was unexplainable. So guess I don’t believe in em......now there was times in college when I saw things but only when I was forced by unbearable peer pressure to do drugs so that doesn’t count...

I have had a few experiences that made me a believer, but I have never actually seen anything that looked like a human.
One night sitting in 20ft tall blind pig hunting with the wife, we heard the sound of foot steps coming up the long stairs. The blind was moving with the rhythm that it usually there when someone is coming up.
I quickly spun around with my rifle at the door and shined a flashlight through the window down the stairs, nothing.
The wife was a bit freaked out so we left for the camp house. As we climbed into the Gator to head back I looked back at the blind and saw two red eyes in the blind window, almost Jawa type eyes. I never said a thing and we went back to camp.
Crazy the things your minds can create. After looking back at the situation the eyes could have been reflections from a nearby cell tower on the blind window. The shaking and steps could have just been the breezy evening. Hard to say, but freaky at the time.

Ghosts, entities, demons, whatever you want to call them, the answer is a resounding, "Yes."
I've have my uncomfortable share of experiences. It's not in my head.

Addendum: Details or descriptions possibly coming, but I'm not sure I'd like to "type out" long-winded stories of encounters.
Addendum II: I've learned that fishing and hunting OT members rarely want to read anything longer than 3 lines, and that's a lot!

a lot of folks knowingly and unknowingly open portals for spirits and demons. Some TV shows are satanic rituals and folks pipe that carp into their homes. You can say im full of carp but when you bring this stuff into your home and buy these products theres stuff that might come along with it. Is it still conspiracy theory when they tell you its what they are doing.

I was 16 dad died in the back bedroom from a massive Heart attack, After the funeral and everybody had went home me and mother would hear dad coughing.
not a string of coughs but just a nervous clear his throat cough, he had had it all my life I guess. It was 1976.

The first time mother looked at me and we left the house. We heard him cough like that for about a month then it got less and less and finally stopped.

Some time it would be in the same room other times it seemed to come from the bedroom or outside on the porch.......I never saw anything but heard him........Yes I believe.
