If you have vaccine card do you still have to wear a mask?

Rhetorical I know. I think we are really close to a straight up cure. The Israel solution using exsomes and adding protein to it would be way more effective then vaccine. Time will tell

Politics are over now it’s time to fix it.

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has not been approved or licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals 16 years of age and older. The emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of the medical product under Section 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act unless the declaration is terminated or authorization revoked sooner. Please see EUA Fact Sheet at www.cvdvaccine.com.

You should still have to follow CDC guidelines because the vaccine is not 100% against prevention.

Covid will continue to cycle and death rates will continue to drop. Difference is how it’s going to be treated in the next year. What was the treatment the last year in the US? Especially inpatient at the hospital? Treatments won’t remain political,

Vaccines as you can see are a deterrent not an answer.

Best defense against Covid is getting out of a high risk group or if you are a high risk group then take the actual protections against any chance of exposure.

Moderna and Phizer mRNA vaccines are now shown to be 80-90% effective at preventing COVID infection with one dose. Many are now recommending that the CDC issue new guidelines to delay second doses so that more first doses can be administered. All the vaccines have been tested and shown to be virtually 100% effective at preventing cases requiring hospitalization and at preventing all COVID deaths.

The data is pouring in now as more and more doses are being administered across the globe. Israel has the most aggressive and effective vaccination program on earth. 1/3 of its citizens have now had at least one dose and they are moving at lightning speed. Their cases are declining dramatically as a result. Herd immunity will be there soon.

It’s absolutely nuts to make treatment the focus over vaccinations that have been shown to be safe and effective. Sure, treat as best as you can for all who have it, but effective prevention at minimal costs beats the hell out of iffy treatments at much cost. The best treatment for any disease is not to catch it in the first place. That’s called common sense. Get your vaccination as soon as you can.

Many believe the vaccines do prevent spread but those studies were not done at first because that was not the focus of the trials. Transmission studies are ongoing as we speak and results should be coming soon. Most expect them to be positive results, meaning that vaccines will prevent infection and transmission. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

The main byproduct of having to rush getting vaccines developed is that, by definition, much that doesn’t involve pure safety and disease prevention will not be known until more time has passed.
