In y’all’s collection, what firearm has the most meaning, sentimental significance, most memories etc? The one gun you would never part with no matter what?

Stag AR-15, I’ll never let it go
It’s not high end anything, I even rattled canned it.
Looks like a real POS, I’ll never sell it
Had it about 15 years I’d guess

My Remington 1100 VR. My dad gave me, mom, and brother them back when I was a little kid. He’s still alive and all but my dad isn’t a gun guy by any stretch of the imagination. So it means more that he would do that. It has dropped countless dove and clays. It will never ever leave my possession.

I guess it’s my Grandpa’s old Stevens 22 bolt action. Old enough to be pre serial number. I learned to shoot with that rifle.

I have two.. a model 61 Winchester that my father gave me. It belonged to his uncle and they hunted seals with it in Alaska when my father was a teenager.
The second is an original, early model, heavy barreled Sendero that my wife bought me shortly after we got married.
I’ll never part with either.

Tough question because they all mean something to me. My great great grandfather’s side x side 10 ga probably isn’t valued that high, but the fact it has been passed down 4 generations and they depended on it to eat means the most to me.

I have my Grandfather's j frame .38, and holster. He wore it whe he was police chief of Pawhuska, OK. My dad has his Remington 11-48. Once the 11-48 is in my possession full time, it will be another that I'll never part with. Currently, I borrow it for bird hunts every now and then. Hopefully it won't be mine for a long time.

My dad's Marlin 336 30-30. Him and my uncle mowed yards around SE Houston as kids (14 and 12) to save up for the rifles. When my oldest uncle returned home from Vietnam, he bought the guns for my dad and uncle from Foley's in Gulfgate Mall in the late 1960's.

A .22 rifle that belonged to my grandfather with whom I never got the chance to go hunting.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect. Some people live an entire lifetime & wonder if they ever made a difference in the world, a veteran doesn't have that problem. Reagan

The family heirloom is a Colt .38 pistol that my great grandfather owned. Believe it was made in 1922. 2nd is Winchester model 12 that my grandfather owned. 3rd is my fathers Winchester Model 88 rifle in .308. It has killed many deer over the years and the stock is worn smooth in several areas by dad's hands.

My dad's Remington model 700 in 7mm mag. It was made in '63. It has lots of history and stories. It's like an older brother to me.
